Admission at Sree Ayyappa Education Centre is open to all children from Kindergarten to Grades 1 to 10, irrespective of caste, creed, race, region or gender.

REGISTRATION FOR ADMISSION

  • Submit the Registration form along with the following documents   a. Copy of Birth Certificate   b. Copy of Previous years academic progress report from the previous school (applicable to Grade 2 & above)
  • Duly filled applications can be submitted from January 2, 2021. The office will be open on all working days between 8.30 a.m. and 1.00 noon.

We would like to inform every parent that we have very limited seats available for the Kindergarten classes.

To have an effective teaching learning process, we maintain limited class strength. Considering the limited number of seats available, it is expected that those who seek admission will realize and understand the constraints the institution faces. The disappointment of not getting admission should not become a matter of unhappiness among parents.

Admission to Grades 1 to 9 are finalized based on the performance in the written admission test conducted in the month of April/May.

X Std. admission Based on the requirement only

Students for grade XI will be admitted with first class marks only.

Admission to Grades 1 to 9 are finalized based on the performance in the written admission test conducted in the month of April/May. Students who have to appear for the written test will be given a call or sent a letter to the postal address mentioned in the registration form. The exact date and time of the test will also be mentioned.

  • • All students appearing for the written test are tested on their previous years’ portions.
  • • Students of Grade 1 are tested in English, Science and Mathematics.
  • • Students of Grades 2 – 6 are tested in English, Mathematics, EVS, GK and Hindi.
  • • Students of Grades 7 – 10 are tested in English, Hindi, Sanskrit, Mathematics, Social and Science.
  • • Students coming from recognised schools from other states should have their transfer certificate counter signed by the inspecting authority of that state
  • • No child less than FIVE (at the time of admission) is admitted to Std I. A corresponding scale of age is fixed for the succeeding standards.
  • • The school authorities reserve the right to refuse admission to a pupil without assigning any reason. They also reserve the right of refusing to continue the charge of any pupil whose conduct in their opinion is not satisfactory or who is not profiting by his / her stay in the school

A list of students who have qualified will be displayed at the school premises. Admission is granted only on merit and strictly based on the availability of seats.
